Advice and consultancy in bidding procedures to offer goods or services for the Federal, State, and Local governments, as well as autarchies; defense and development of resources and administrative challenges in the public procurement and concessions areas; analysis of bidding calls and processes; examination of documents to ensure compliance with conditions laid down in respective notices; filing of appropriate legal measures in all phases of proceedings; action before regulatory agencies; analysis and monitoring of administrative contracts and electronic trading; representation and advice during privatization processes; preparation, analysis and negotiation of administrative contracts; preparation and review of public service concession agreements or the terms of authorization / permission for public property use; representation, legal guidance and assistance with Departments, Ministries, Autarchies, and Regulatory Agencies; preparation of opinions, studies, analysis and answers to queries.
